The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee serves as an advisory body to the City Council in matters pertaining to parks, trails, recreation, playgrounds, sports, and art in public spaces within the city limits of Paso Robles. A quorum of the Committee at regular meetings serves as The Public Art Review Committee (PARC) to consider proposals for permanent or temporary art displays on a case-by-case basis.
