The Art and Culture Board advises on matters pertaining to visual art in public places within city owned or city-controlled leased areas.  This board will help shape the future of public art in Paso Robles by determining art placement locations, reviewing submissions, and selecting qualifying artworks for installation. The five-member board will meet quarterly and on an as-needed basis depending on project timelines.
